Please help the Police to find Mr. Prelin Gounden also known as Mosaik amongst other aliases.
On the 23 of July 1998 he shot Mrs. Jean Lingwood through the neck and heart and killed her, he also shot her husband Mr. Michael Lingwood 4 times with his 357 Magnum Taurus make revolver in Bree Street, in Johannesburg CBD in the lift lobby of a building called SA Centre.
He was subsequently charged with murder, attempted murder, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, unlawful pointing of a firearm and for discharging of a firearm in a municipal area. He was released on R5000-00 bail money he only went to two court appearances and then absconded.
He has a brother called Mr. Dheenadayalan Gaines Gounden also known as Dean who he resides with from time to time at No: 1 Jakkelsbessie Street, Heuweloord in a suburb close to Pretora. Both men are believed to be working in a shooting range or gun-shop somewhere in Pretoria.
Mr. Prelin Gounden has been sighted in the past year in the following areas Heuweloord PTA, Wierda Park PTA, Littleton PTA, Laudium PTA, Centurion PTA, Sunnyside PTA, Pretoria CBD and in Lenasia JHB. He also visited his mother at No: 15 Finch St. Kharwastan, Chatsworth in KZN. He likes to say to people that he is a Tamil Tiger. Mr. Prelin Gounden is believed to be working undercover using a false identity at the moment. He has not opened a bank account in the past 10 years or applied for an ID or Passport or a tax number for that matter. He had his driver’s license somehow renewed in 2005 however. Some people have reported that he is currently a high priest in a devil worship sect and frequents gay bars.
He likes wearing clothing that makes him look like an American rapper. He has rings through the top of his ears. He has a scar on his forehead. He has a pointy nose and narrow beady shaped eyes. He has got various tattoos all over his body. He does not like to look people in the eye. He is of slender built. He used to drive a Green Hyundi car years ago. He used to say he was a male model before and did strip dancing in the gay clubs for a living. He also said that he was trained in one or other of the martial arts. He always carries a concealed handgun or two so don’t confront him just call the investigating officer immediately.
With your help we can stop this man form thinking that he can get away with the crime of murder amongst others.
It is a known fact that his family members have been hiding this wanted man and should also be charged with aiding and abetting this wanted criminal.
On the 23rd of July this year it will be 10 years since Mr. Prelin Gounden killed a mother of two children in cold blood.
